If you’re not 100% satisfied with the product that you purchase from our website, you can return it for a refund of your order cost (less Return Shipping Costs) within 30 days of delivery.

- Your request for this refund must be placed within 30 days of the original delivery date of your order. You can make this request either by calling our customer service on 810-208-9223 or by sending through an email on [email protected].
- We accept only “Full Order” returns under this policy. Please note that 25% Re-stocking fees and 2.9% Payment Processing Fees related to the original order are applicable for any returns under our “30 Day Money Back Policy”. These fees will be deducted from the total order value while organizing the refund. For instance, if the value of the original order is $1000, a total of $279 ($250 restocking fees and $29 Payment Processing Fees) will be deducted while issuing the refund. Therefore, the refund amount will be $721.
- The product that you would like to return must be in its original packaging and be in the same “as new” and “re-sellable” condition as it was when it arrived at your home or job site.
- Your product must not have been used, installed, or marked in any way. We consider “Installation” as “Acceptance” hence no claims will be acknowledged once the products have been installed.
- Once you have everything accounted for and packaged in accordance with the above qualifications please contact us and we will arrange a pick-up of the product.
- The customer returning the product under this policy is responsible for paying the Return Shipping Costs associated with the return of the material. We will be able to provide a shipping quote from our Carrier and then the customer can decide if he wants to go with our quote or organise the return shipment from his end.
- Once we receive your order back to our fulfillment center, we will carry out a full inspection of the returned material and then issue you the full or partial refund depending on the outcome of the inspection.
- Our 30-Day Money Back Guarantee does not extend to Custom Orders, Container Orders, Special orders, or Clearance items for full or partial order returns.
